Having averaged at least 20 minutes per game during each of the last two seasons, Konchar's offensive limitations continue to put a cap on his overall fantasy appeal. He finished as the 165th-ranked player during the 2023-24 season, taking advantage of the Grizzlies' injury-depleted roster. Konchar plays like a watered-down version of Josh Hart, providing excellent rebounding numbers from the guard position, with an ability to deliver serviceable defensive contributions. Unfortunately, last season may have been a high point for Konchar, assuming Memphis can table a healthy roster for most of the upcoming campaign. Konchar should feature in the rotation but should he be limited to 15 minutes per contest, making his fantasy value in standard formats non-existent.
