Joly had 92 catches for 1,150 yards and 11 TDs over the last two years at NC State, putting his 10.5-inch hands to good use in contested-catch situations. Originally recruited as a wide receiver coming out of high school, Joly successfully bulked up and measured at 6-foot-4, 241 at the NFL Scouting Combine, though he didn't participate in any of the drills. He's a good athlete but has work to do as a blocker. After being drafted in the fifth round by the Broncos, 152nd overall, Joly projects to begin his NFL career in a depth role behind veteran TEs Evan Engram and Adam Trautman.
