The Dolphins drafted Bell in the third round this spring, 94th overall, without much expectation for Year 1 contributions. He suffered an ACL tear in late November and underwent surgery in mid-December, bringing an early end to his four-year career at Louisville. Known for his strength and size (6-foot-2, 222) above all else, Bell improved his production with each passing season, peaking at 72-917-6 in just 11 games last year. In Miami, he'll join a rebuilding franchise that's badly in need of WR talent yet doesn't have much motivation to rush Bell back. The Dolphins are unlikely to compete for a playoff spot, and if they do remain somewhat competitive, it'll likely be due to rushing production by De'Von Achane and Malik Willis. In any case, there's a strong chance Bell starts the regular season on an injury list, potentially increasing stash interest for fantasy (due to the likelihood of IR eligibility).
