2026 Fantasy Outlook
After failing to revive his career in Houston last season, Kirk moves on to San Francisco on a one-year, $3 million contract ($2.8 million guaranteed). Now 29, he'll hope to compete for the No. 3 receiver job in San Francisco. The No. 3 assignment hasn't typically been a high-volume role under coach Kyle Shanahan, who annually gives FB Kyle Juszczyk a large allotment of snaps. Kirk did show some juice in the playoff last year, putting up an 8-144-1 receiving line at Pittsburgh in the wild-card round, but that was on the heels of a mere 28-239-1 line over 13 regular-season games. He's now resigned to competing for the third or fourth spot on San Francisco's depth chart if everyone stays healthy.
