Landale enjoyed the best season of his NBA career in 2025-26, averaging 10.6 points, 5.7 rebounds and 1.7 assists across 68 appearances between the Grizzlies and Hawks, shooting 51.5 percent from the field and a career-best 38.3 percent from beyond the arc. His highlight was a 26-point, 11-rebound, five-assist debut with the Hawks. Landale's expanded shooting range adds another dimension to his fantasy profile, making him more than just a traditional backup center. Entering 2026-27, he projects to remain a valuable rotation big whose ability to rebound, finish efficiently and stretch the floor should keep him in the mix for meaningful minutes. While he's unlikely to emerge as a full-time starter, Landale has developed into a legitimate late-round fantasy option in deeper leagues where efficient big-man production is at a premium. That said, if you're playing in a standard 12-team or 14-team league, he might not carry enough upside to justify a roster spot on draft day.
