2026 Fantasy Outlook
Fant signed a two-year contract in March with the Saints, where he will likely occupy the second spot on the TE depth chart behind Juwan Johnson and ahead of rookie third-round pick Oscar Delp. Fant had a career-low 288 receiving yards in 15 games with the Bengals in 2025 after three consecutive seasons with 500 or fewer yards as a member of the Seahawks. The 28-year-old TE had between 562 and 673 receiving yards in each of his first three NFL campaigns with the Broncos from 2019 to 2021, but he has failed to replicate those numbers in more recent seasons and hasn't exceeded four TDs in any of his seven NFL campaigns. Even if Johnson were to get hurt, Fant's fantasy appeal would be middling at best.
