Brosmer started two games in his rookie 2025 season and appeared in eight as the Vikings battled injuries under center, but the undrafted quarterback out of Minnesota (and, before that, New Hampshire) looked overwhelmed at the NFL level, posting a 0:4 TD:INT while failing to exceed 126 passing yards in any of his outings. The Vikings signed Kyler Murray to vie for the starting job in addition to bringing back both J.J. McCarthy and Carson Wentz from the 2025 team, so it would likely take injuries to all three of those QBs for Brosmer to see any action in 2026.
