Jennings remained unsigned after the 2026 NFL Draft before inking a one-year deal with Minnesota in May. He'll turn 29 in July, and is just two years removed from his career-best breakout season, but he had to settle for a No. 3 receiver job after a production downturn in 2025. His target rate, per-target efficiency and per-route efficiency all suffered major declines from 2024 to 2025, with Jennings ultimately averaging 3.7 catches for 42.9 yards per game (down from 5.1 catches for 65.0 yards in 2024). In Minnesota, he's unlikely to match even last year's volume if the team is at full strength, competing for targets in an offense with a dual-threat QB and a slew of veteran pass catchers (Justin Jefferson, Jordan Addison, T.J. Hockenson, Aaron Jones). The best hope for Jennings having mainstream fantasy value this year would be Jefferson and/or Addison missing time.
