After a promising start to the 2025-26 season, a lower leg injury suffered in early February basically ended up costing Sharpe the final two months. When he was available to play, Sharpe averaged a career-high 20.8 points per game, adding 4.3 rebounds, 2.6 assists, 1.4 steals and 2.1 three-pointers in 29.4 minutes per game. However, despite everything, he still finished well outside the top 150 in standard leagues. At this point in his career, Sharpe has yet to live up to the hype, despite having played four seasons in the league. It appears as though almost all of his value is going to hinge on his ability to score the basketball, a skill set that, while useful, won't suit every fantasy team. After suffering a knee injury during the offseason, Sharpe is likely to miss at least the first four months of the 2026-27 season. Given his limited upside, drafting him is going to be a non-discussion, outside of very deep leagues.
