It's rare to see such a talented former Top 3 pick get jettisoned in a rotation, but that's what's happening to Henderson. It was already a struggle for him to get minutes with Jrue Holiday and Deni Avdija dominating the ball-handling, but adding Damian Lillard and Ja Morant to the equation throws this whole thing into a blender. Given how those are both All-Stars, you'd have to imagine Henderson is at the bottom of this pecking order. It's a sad reality because Henderson averaged a career-high 14.2 points across 25 minutes a night last year. He also added 2.7 rebounds, 3.7 assists, 0.9 steals and 1.9 threes to his stat line. Health is the main thing that's held him back, with Henderson playing just 30 games last year. It would be hard to imagine Henderson staying in Portland much longer with so many other ball-handlers on the roster, especially since this former Top-3 pick is only 22-years-old. This guy will remain irrelevant in most shallow fantasy leagues until something changes, but he could be one of the sneakiest pickups if he lands in the right spot at some point.
