Holiday has been one of the best veterans in the NBA for years, and he was one of the Blazers' best players last season. This 36-year-old averaged 16.3 points, 4.6 rebounds, 6.1 assists, 1.0 steals and 2.6 threes per game last year. That was actually a major bump from what we saw the previous two seasons in Boston, so it's unclear what to expect this year. One thing we do know is that this is one of the NBA's most crowded frontcourts. Holiday stole the point guard gig from Scoot Henderson, but he'll have to compete with Damian Lillard and Ja Morant for touches this year. That's too many cooks in the kitchen to trust Holiday from a fantasy perspective, and one has to wonder if his time in Portland is coming to an end. This guy is too good to be stuck behind two All-Stars, especially with how many teams are desperate for a veteran point guard. There's a chance Portland just rides this thing out, but that would be a nightmare for fantasy owners this year. Either way, Holiday still has it, and we need to keep an eye on how this develops over the next few months.
