2026 Fantasy Outlook
Dunn is not a sexy fantasy option, but he's carved out a nice role in the NBA as a defensive stopper. He was actually a top-5 pick in the 2016 NBA Draft but was nearly out of the league a few years later. The good news is that he recaptured something with the Utah Jazz in 2022 and has spent the last two seasons with the Los Angeles Clippers. That proved to be a fruitful destination for Dunn, starting in nearly every game last year. Dunn averaged 7.3 points, 3.3 rebounds, 3.6 assists and 1.6 steals on 48 percent shooting across 27 minutes a night. That was always going to happen competing with James Harden and Kawhi Leonard for touches, but that's not an issue anymore. Both of those veterans are out of the picture, with Dunn expected to take on a bigger offensive workload. Dunn will still likely start next to Darius Garland, but there's also a chance rookie Keaton Wagler gets that role as well. We also can't forget Bradley Beal, because he was an All-Star not that long ago. This Clippers team is definitely in a rebuilding stage right now, and it'll be interesting to see how all of these minutes are distributed. In any case, defense always plays, and it should guarantee Dunn 25 minutes while posting similar averages to the ones we saw last year.
