Following the NBA's salary-cap circumvention investigation into the Clippers, Ingram has officially been dealt to Los Angeles after spending 2025-26 with Toronto. The veteran swingman appeared in 77 regular-season games last year, the most since his rookie season, averaging 21.5 points, 5.6 rebounds, 3.7 assists, 1.8 triples, 0.8 steals and 0.7 blocks in 33.8 minutes per game. However, he missed Toronto's last two playoff games due to a heel injury that required surgery. It was later reported that he had been diagnosed with a partially torn Achilles, positioning him to miss time to start the 2026-27 campaign. Although it's unknown how much time he'll miss or what any restrictions may look like, Ingram enters a favorable situation with the Clippers. The 29-year-old figures to operate as one of the team's primary offensive options alongside Darius Garland once healthy, as Ingram has averaged at least 20.8 points per game in seven straight seasons. Durability is a fair concern given his injury history, making the veteran somewhat of a high-risk, high-reward player in 2026-27. He's a bit more valuable in points leagues because of his low three-point volume and defensive stats, but if he sees increased usage in Los Angeles and improves his defensive production, Ingram could return significant value. He's a solid target in the middle rounds of fantasy drafts.
