Despite being 38 years of age, it would appear as though Lopez is going to open the newseason as the starting center in Los Angeles. He played 75 games during the 2025-26campaign, averaging 8.5 points, 3.6 rebounds, 1.2 blocks and 1.5 three-pointers, leaving himoutside the top 200 in standard leagues. The fact that he is still slated to be a starterhighlights what could be a real issue for the Clippers. Behind him in the rotation will be IsaiahJackson and Yanic Konan Niederhauser, both of whom will be hoping to elevate theirrespective roles. While Lopez has been a more than serviceable fantasy asset in the past, managers should no longer consider him a must-draft player. Instead, he can be grabbed verylate in drafts for those simply needing some blocks.
