Steinbach was the 14th overall pick in this year's draft out of Washington. He earned that lofty draft pick when he averaged 18.5 points, 11.8 rebounds, 1.6 assists, 1.1 steals and 1.2 blocks in his senior season. That sort of stat-stuffing really intrigued Charlotte, and he looks like their big man for the future. What throws his fantasy value into the blender is the fact that the Hornets went out and acquired Naz Reid in the LaMelo Ball trade. It's unclear if Reid will start at power forward or center, but that could be the difference for Steinbach. This big man will also have to compete with Moussa Diabate at the center position, and there's always a chance Diabate starts again as well. He averaged 7.9 points, 8.7 rebounds, 1.9 assists and 1.0 blocks as the starting center last season and should be locked into at least 20 minutes a night. That limits Steinbach's ceiling, but there's no question that the Hornets want him to be the center for the future. This versatile big man also had back-to-back 20-point double-doubles in the final games of Summer League, so it should be fun to see how he looks around this new-look Hornets rotation.
