Hardman will stick with the Bills this season after managing a late-season surge with the team in 2025. The veteran journeyman began last year on Green Bay's practice squad and dealt with injuries after being cut by the Packers and landing in Buffalo. He got healthy down the stretch and stepped up during the playoffs, turning his only catch into a four-yard touchdown during the team's divisional-round overtime loss to Denver. That said, with DJ Moore joining Khalil Shakir atop the depth chart and all of Joshua Palmer, Keon Coleman, Skyler Bell, Tyrell Shavers and Trent Sherfield competing for depth reps, Hardman faces a difficult path to opportunities in 2026.
