Sanders signed with the Giants in March, hoping to rebound from a hip injury that wiped out his entire 2025 campaign. He was instead released in early June, only to sign with the Jets a day later in anticipation of a summer job battle with Cade York (groin). Sanders spent his first seven NFL seasons in Miami, where he converted 84.6 percent of his field-goal attempts and 96.6 percent of his PATs. He's mixed in a few big seasons for fantasy, namely 2020 and 2024, but Sanders' overall track record safely lumps him into the league's middle class of kickers -- good enough to have job security, but not good enough for anyone to really notice him outside of his own team's fanbase. The Jets offense may improve compared to last year, but it's unlikely to be the kind of powerhouse that can drag an average kicker into serious fantasy value.
