Yankoff was mostly a special-teams player in 2025, though he did log 107 offensive snaps after getting just six as a rookie. The UCLA product was rarely involved in the passing game, however, catching two of three targets for 18 yards. Yankoff's best path to playing time will likely again be on special teams as Washington added Chig Okonkwo to take over the No. 1 TE role and will be returning both John Bates and Ben Sinnott to round out the top three slots in the positional pecking order.
