He also shot 41.8 percent from the field and displayed the versatile two-way skill set that made him one of the more polished prospects in the 2025 draft class. Clifford's ability to defend multiple positions and contribute as both a secondary playmaker and spot-up shooter should keep him firmly in Sacramento's rotation entering 2026-27, especially as the Kings seem more committed than ever to undergoing another rebuilding process. While his offensive ceiling may be limited, the potential for a bigger role is there, and his all-around game gives him multiple avenues to fantasy relevance, particularly if his playing time continues to hover between 25 and 28 minutes per game.
