Despite finishing outside the top 200 in standard leagues, Harper's rookie season was certainly noteworthy, particularly late in the piece and into the playoffs. He closed the campaign with averages of 11.8 points, 3.4 rebounds, 3.9 assists, 0.8 steals and 0.9 three-pointers in 22.6 minutes per game. However, in 14 appearances over the final month of the regular season, he pushed inside the top 80 in just 24.2 minutes per game, averaging 14.1 points, 3.8 rebounds, 4.1 assists, 0.7 steals and 1.3 three-pointers. Heading into his second season, Harper is almost certainly going to play a larger role for San Antonio, be it as a starter or off the bench. With De'Aaron Fox and Stephon Castle seemingly locked in as starters themselves, the question is whether the team opts to go with Harper or Devin Vassell. No matter the ultimate outcome, managers should feel relatively safe in thinking that Harper will feature prominently. The hype that came with his performances during the playoffs could have an impact on his ADP this season. Ideally, he would be available in the 100 range, providing managers with a little wiggle room. If that number climbs into the 70s or 80s, the decision becomes a tougher one.
