Fantasy Outlook

Collins is working on a three-year streak of 1,000-yard seasons, with 25 TDs in 42 regular-season games over that stretch. Lower-body injuries have been a recurring theme, and while he mostly avoided them in 2025, he instead suffered a pair of concussions. His per-game production and per-route numbers were strong, but not quite at the same level as in 2023-24 (when he averaged 17+ PPR points and 83+ yards). Last year, Collins dropped to 15.1 PPR points (10th among WRs) and 74.5 receiving yards (8th), grading out as a low-end WR1 or high-end WR2 for fantasy. His 2025 usage was nearly identical to 2023-24, at least on the surface. His per-target efficiency fell off, especially his catch rate (59.2 percent), in part because so many of his targets were simply uncatchable (he committed just one drop). Texans QB C.J. Stroud hasn't lived up to his promising 2023 rookie campaign, and the front office has botched O-line management, instead winning with an elite defense. The Texans added RB David Montgomery, RT Braden Smith and RG Wyatt Teller this offseason, also choosing to retain OC Nick Caley and exercise Stroud's fifth-year option. Doubts remain about the offense as a whole, but there's no doubt Collins will get a huge share of the air yards and red-zone targets whenever he's healthy.
