Klein, a German native, became a surprise second-round pick this spring, landing in Houston at No. 59 overall. He can be excused for struggling to earn snaps in loaded TE rooms at Michigan, but it was nonetheless unexpected to see a second-round pick with one career touchdown and 364 yards. He'll turn 24 in September, so this is probably a case of bringing in someone for immediate help with depth and special teams, not a case of trying to develop a prospect with meaningful upside for fantasy. Klein did run a 4.61 40, but he'll likely now be asked to add weight to his 6-foot-6, 248-pound frame.
