Kiner logged four regular-season appearances as a rookie with Arizona in 2025 after having gone undrafted out of Cincinnati. He totaled 12 carries for 58 yards and two catches for 15 yards, which was sparse considering that the Cardinals backfield lost its two top playmakers in James Conner and Trey Benson for the campaign at various points. Now, not only are Conner and Benson still around in 2026, both are now competing for reserve work after Arizona drafted Jeremiyah Love third overall and inked Tyler Allgeier in free agency. Kiner's best-case scenario is likely a practice-squad spot.
