2026 Fantasy Outlook
After missing all of 2024 while recovering from hamstring surgery, Mitchell landed in Kansas City last season but failed to win a prominent role, appearing in just one regular-season game and seeing only seven snaps on offense. The speed he displayed in college at Louisiana doesn't appear to have survived the many injuries that have plagued him in the NFL since he was a sixth-round pick in 2021, and he got a brief look from the Patriots this offseason before being cut loose after the draft. Mitchell could get another look from a team looking for a possible big-play threat in the backfield, but it's also possible his career is over.
