After coming off the bench to begin the 2025-26 season, Bey soon established himself as a member of the starting lineup, where he turned in easily the best season of his career. He finished as the 85th-ranked player in standard leagues, averaging 17.7 points, 5.6 rebounds, 0.9 steals and 2.1 three-pointers in 31.2 minutes per game. Despite coming off an ACL injury, he managed to play 72 games, with three of those absences coming in the final three games, when New Orleans had shut things down for the season. Despite the lack of team success, New Orleans appears as though it is going to launch into next season with a similar rotation. Although Bey will likely play a meaningful role once again, it remains to be seen whether he will start or come off the bench behind Herbert Jones. Whatever the outcome, it's hard to see Bey improving on last season, at least not to the point where fantasy managers will need to reach to get him in drafts. At this early stage, his ADP is likely to sit outside the top 100, possibly in the 120-130 range. In this area, there is almost no risk in grabbing him, just in case he can cobble together another top 100 campaign.
