Legette is running low on believers, looking very much like a first-round bust after back-to-back seasons with fewer than 500 receiving yards. Last year, he played 15 regular-season games and scored 48 percent of his PPR points in two of them. For a second straight year, he was vastly outperformed by Jalen Coker, an undrafted product of the same rookie class. Legette, 25, now heads into a make-or-break season, perhaps getting one last chance to compete for a top-three job before the Panthers move on and he enters journeyman territory. There's still something tempting about his 4.39 speed in a 221-pound frame, but the results so far suggest rookie third-round pick Chris Brazzell may not have trouble unseating Legette for the No. 3 WR job.
