Sanders has a 62-532-2 line on 77 targets through two NFL seasons while fellow Panthers TE Tommy Tremble has a 50-483-4 line over that same span. Tremble is the better blocker, but Sanders is three years younger, having turned 23 in March. Carolina also has 2025 fifth-round pick Mitchell Evans, who posted a 19-171-2 line as a rookie, in what remains one of the league's weakest receiving TE rooms on paper. Sanders has the most upside of that group, as he topped 600 receiving yards at Texas in both 2022 and 2023, but the Panthers will likely remain content to utilize the position primarily for blocking purposes.
