Nnamdi Madubuike has been one of the most disruptive interior defensive linemen in the NFL since 2022. From 2022 to 2025, Madubuike had 141 tackles, 31 tackles for loss, 153 pressures and 25.0 sacks. Unfortunately, a neck injury ended the veteran defensive lineman's 2026 season after just 102 snaps. For a while, it looked like Madubuike would be forced to medically retire. Thankfully for Madubuike and the Ravens, he was cleared to return to practice during the offseason, giving the Ravens a valuable and talented piece on their defensive line they may not have expected to have. Baltimore is being cautious with his return to football, so it is too early to say when he will make his 2026 debut or what his role will be. But if he can show he is healthy and return to a 60% or higher snap share early, he will potentially be a priority waiver-wire add early in the season.
