Hibner was a surprise fourth-round pick this spring, going 133rd overall to the Ravens after a five-year college career in which he never reached 500 yards in a season. He did top 350 yards for SMU the past two seasons, scoring four TDs both years, after failing to earn snaps during his three years at Michigan (where he was stuck behind an array of future NFL players). The lack of production at Michigan can be excused, but the lengthy career means Hibner turned 24 before he was drafted. The Ravens may be okay with that, seeking a right-now contributor after losing Charlie Kolar and Isaiah Likely in free agency. At 6-foot-5, 252, with 4.57 timed speed, Hibner at least offers the size/speed combination that teams look for in potential every-down TEs. Even so, he'll start off in a part-time role behind/alongside Mark Andrews.
