Based on what we have seen from Cisse thus far in his career, it really comes down to playing time when trying to project his fantasy value. Although he finished well outside the top 350 last season, Cisse flashed some intriguing upside down the stretch. In four appearances over the final two weeks, he averaged 10.8 points, 12.5 rebounds and 3.8 combined steals and blocks, good enough for top 70 value. While that is an extremely small sample size, it should at least put him on the radar as a potential streaming candidate this season. He is slated to be the third-string center, playing behind Dereck Lively and Daniel Gafford. However, both Lively and Gafford have had their fair share of injuries over the past couple of years. Should they continue to miss time sporadically throughout the season, Cisse could step into a larger role from time to time. He isn't worth drafting, but should certainly be on watchlists everywhere, just in case things fall his way.
