Kennedy played a depth role with Detroit in 2025, totaling six regular-season appearances. In that span, he caught all four of his targets for 36 yards and racked up an impressive 447 kick-return yards. All 30 of Kennedy's career NFL appearances since going undrafted out of Bryant in 2019 have come in a Lions uniform, so he'll be a realistic candidate to reprise a depth role at wide receiver for the team in 2026, or to earn a spot on the practice squad.
