Barnes earned his second All-Star nod in 2025-26 and was a stat-stuffing machine on both ends of the floor, as he was also named to the All-Defensive Second Team for the first time in his career. After playing in 65 or fewer regular-season games in each of the previous two seasons, Barnes appeared in a career-high 80 regular-season games in 2025-26, averaging 18.1 points, 7.5 rebounds, 5.9 assists, 1.5 blocks and 1.4 steals in 33.5 minutes per contest. The star forward also recorded career-high marks from the field and the charity stripe, shooting 50.7 and 81.5 percent, respectively. The 25-year-old remained a below-average three-point shooter, knocking down 30.4 percent of his tries from downtown. However, it's worth noting that he started the year strong from outside, shooting 41.4 percent from three-point range over his first 21 games. He remained a skilled playmaker and tallied double-digit assists 12 times in the regular season, securing three triple-doubles. He also averaged at least 5.8 assists per game for a third straight year. Although Barnes should continue to facilitate offense for Toronto, he could see fewer shot attempts with seven-time All-Star Kawhi Leonard now in the mix. Still, Barnes' ability to produce across the stat sheet makes him a valuable asset in all fantasy formats. He's a viable early-round selection and has plenty of upside despite questions surrounding his usage alongside Leonard.
