Fantasy Outlook
Pickens bet on himself and won after last year's trade from Pittsburgh to Dallas, choosing not to discuss an extension and then putting up career highs across the board. Now it's the Cowboys who don't want to talk extension, having announced as much during a pre-draft press conference. Pickens signed his franchise tag shortly thereafter, but trade rumors continue to swirl. From a fantasy standpoint, there aren't many situations that would be better than Dallas. Pickens got a boost from CeeDee Lamb missing three games last season, but there wasn't much of a drop-off after the latter returned, with Pickens then averaging 89.5 yards and 8.6 targets over the next 10 games (Lamb averaged 85.1 yards on 9.2 targets in the same stretch). Both can thrive in a pass-heavy, up-tempo Dallas offense, if Pickens is willing to play on a tag for much less than what he'd get in free agency.Cowboys Lineup
