Kincaid tore the PCL in his knee in November of 2024 and was bothered by the injury throughout 2025. His usage was limited as a result, with Kincaid appearing in only 12 games and failing to play more than half of the Bills' offensive snaps in any game after Week 5. The 2023 first-round pick made the most of his opportunities when available, scoring five TDs (after scoring just four over his first two seasons) and leading all qualified TEs with 14.6 yards per catch. After speculation that he would opt for surgery in the offseason, Kincaid instead decided to go the rehab route for a second consecutive year. Lingering injury risk reduces Kincaid's luster, to an extent, but the talented pass catcher should remain efficient with his opportunities while working alongside WRs DJ Moore and Khalil Shakir as the top targets for star QB Josh Allen. Even if Kincaid gets fully healthy, he'll likely continue to cede a substantial share of snaps to Dawson Knox and Jackson Hawes, both of whom are superior blockers. Kincaid profiles as a borderline fantasy starter at TE, with averages of 3.8 catches and 41.3 receiving yards through 41 NFL games.
