Lawrence stayed healthy all last season, capitalized on coach Liam Coen's system and used his legs to post the most productive season of his five-year career -- good for a QB4 finish in fantasy. Most of his passing statistics were similar to those from his last healthy season in 2023, only this time he had 29 TD passes (eight more) and nine rushing scores (five more), both career highs. Those scores aren't necessarily destined for major regression either. Lawrence's red-zone TD pass rate bounced back to near league average in 2025 after a well-below-average mark in 2023, and five of his rushing scores last season came on designed runs inside the 10-yard line. Lawrence also threw downfield more often than was expected in Coen's screen-heavy offense, with 37.3 percent of his attempts traveling at least 10 yards, the fourth-highest rate in the league. Lawrence threw 15 TDs on those passes, and it would have been more if not for league-high marks in both total drops (36) and drops on passes thrown 10-plus yards downfield (18). The Jaguars didn't really address their receivers this offseason, seemingly counting on internal improvement from Brian Thomas, Parker Washington and Jakobi Meyers, while WR/CB Travis Hunter is expected to play more defense. They also lost running back Travis Etienne, replacing him with power runner Chris Rodriguez, who will share the backfield with Bhayshul Tuten. Neither has much experience catching passes. Nevertheless, Lawrence is a good bet for at least low-end QB1 production, with potential for much more than that if his goal-line rushing continues and his receivers cooperate.
