Hardaway remained one of the NBA's most productive bench scorers in 2025-26, averaging 13.5 points, 2.6 rebounds and 1.4 assists across 80 games for Denver while shooting 44.7 percent from the field and 40.7 percent from three-point range. He connected on a career-high 224 three-pointers and finished third in Sixth Man of the Year voting. Hardaway moved to Miami in the offseason on a one-year, $6.5 million deal, joining a revamped roster headlined by trade acquisition Giannis Antetokounmpo, as well as Bam Adebayo and Andrew Wiggins. The Heat brought him in primarily for his perimeter shooting, and he should have a path to substantial minutes, regardless of whether he starts or comes off the bench. However, his fantasy profile remains heavily concentrated in points and three-pointers, with little production in rebounds, assists or defensive categories. Hardaway should be a useful streaming option and deep-league contributor, but his limited versatility makes him difficult to justify as more than a late-round specialist in standard formats.
