Alt was widely considered to be one of the best tackle prospects to come into the league in recent memory and the Notre Dame product largely lived up to that billing through the course of his rookie season. Between Alt and Rashawn Slater, the Chargers have arguably the best young tackle duo in the league, and the team should rely on them heavily in its run-first offensive scheme.
