rake is 10% in the exec leagues so $40 of your $400. if you are assuming normal distribution of equity you are approx .7% to win multiple leagues if you enter 2. Obviously that goes up with more entries into exec leagues.

the risk of overlap is fairly low, and if you do "win" 2 leagues that means your ROI was so high you probably won't even notice the lost revenue
