There's a pretty good chance Josh Downs is a downright cheat code in PPR this season. We all know Daniel Jones loves to pepper his slot WRs and when Downs has been (1) healthy and (2) had adequate QB play, he's shown he's capable of having the upside to be a WR2 or 3, at the least.1
