It's been a very difficult year or so for Harris, who shook off the terrifying fireworks incident only to tear his Achilles' tendon in Week 3. Although he's still only 28, Harris was never especially explosive before the injury and Achilles' tears can fall hard on running backs. Harris has always been a consummate professional and a competitive individual, so his recovery process has those reassurances, but slowish running backs need to keep every step they can and Harris probably will lose something with an injury like that. Harris' big frame should allow him to keep eating innings, though, if some team is content with the somewhat plodding results that would like come with it.
