McIntosh missed the entire 2025 season due to an ACL tear suffered in the opening days of training camp, but he spent 2024 operating as the No. 3 running back in Seattle. With Kenneth Walker having departed for Kansas City and Zach Charbonnet now recovering from a torn ACL of his own, a healthy McIntosh could carve out a depth role behind Jadarian Price, Emanuel Wilson and George Holani for as long as Charbonnet is sidelined. McIntosh lacks a path to offensive snaps even if he earns a roster spot, but he's shown an ability to contribute in the return game.
