@BoltUp I don't know why you think the NFL has anything to do with it. Only reason the case came back up was because there was audio. Without audio or video the NFL wants everything covered up

@kingmoo Wrong. IF Hill was not an NFL player, and this same exact situation happened, and the D.A. Closed the case, Nobody would bat an eye. Nobody would even know. It would be some random case from middle America. And he would get off scot-free. The NFL has nothing to do with it. What a claim!

And just in case you missed my point ^ the fucking D.A. Said cased closed. And THEN the audio surfaced. All the meanwhile the NFL was running their own investigation. Boom. Just helps the NFL with evidence that’s all. They caught a break in their case. Because the idiots in Missouri don’t know how to prosecute.

Literally they don’t know how to prosecute. The D.A.’s words were almost literally “we have evidence of child abuse but we can’t figure out which parent did it, so were going to drop the case”................. WOW

Just because they “have evidence that a child was abused” doesn’t mean both parents can go to jail, they need to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that they are guilty, and with the evidence they had they couldn’t, and if you go forward with a trial, and hill and Espinal get not guilty verdicts, they can never be charged again for the same incident

I had to watch for years while my best friend's husband beat her and her kids and the law just let him off Time after Time until she finally had to move States take her kids and get a divorce, where he still has contact and verbally beats her down all the time. It's the system. at this point she is either in on it with Hill and wants the money a new contract will get, or this is really true. Either way it's so muddy there's no way anything happens.
