its obviously his girlfriend is the abuser and she was trying to shift the blame on him, leading the conversation to try and get him and piss him off on a secret recording, notice how any time he asks a question she instantly deflects and asks something else

and i highly doubt his lawyer would claim they had a forensic investigator authenticate his phone evidence to the nfl if it wasnt true..they would be caught lying and it would be game over
