Just because they “have evidence that a child was abused” doesn’t mean both parents can go to jail, they need to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that they are guilty, and with the evidence they had they couldn’t, and if you go forward with a trial, and hill and Espinal get not guilty verdicts, they can never be charged again for the same incident

I had to watch for years while my best friend's husband beat her and her kids and the law just let him off Time after Time until she finally had to move States take her kids and get a divorce, where he still has contact and verbally beats her down all the time. its obviously his girlfriend is the abuser and she was trying to shift the blame on him, leading the conversation to try and get him and piss him off on a secret recording, notice how any time he asks a question she instantly deflects and asks something else

and i highly doubt his lawyer would claim they had a forensic investigator authenticate his phone evidence to the nfl if it wasnt true..they would be caught lying and it would be game over
