The Texans are banking heavily on a turnaround this season while getting C.J. Stroud getting another weapon. Heavy price to pay for a player who has had issues in 2026, but has good tape over his first 2 years while being a perfect fit next to Stroud & Collins. We’ll see how it works out.

Texans WR Jared Wayne is headed to Miami where he is has familiarly with Bobby Slowik. Houston waived him after trading for Marvin Harrison Jr., leaving them with the 5 WRs on roster along with Lewis Bond, Bryce Oliver (reportedly) and Josh Kelly on practice squad.
