- Klare, Hecht and Rutledge give Houston legit options to develop in positions of need moving forward on offense.

They had talked/messaged prior to free agency and now he will be protecting Stroud next season.

Are all very solid options in that range that could provide different skillsets to Houston’s defense.

Reed Blankenship - 4.1M
Ed Ingram - 4.6M
Braden Smith - 5M
E.J. Speed - 3.9M
Houston is taking their chance this year.
