I’m a fan of Jerrod Johnson and I think he has a good future in the NFL/CFB as a coach but it was probably the right decision for both sides to part ways right now.
At the end of the day it’s on C.J. Stroud to fix the issues and not the QB coach but fresh voices from someone who hasn’t been with Stroud for 8+ years may be needed this offseason.
Jerry Schuplinski provides a good balance of having that prior relationship with CJ while having the offensive experience & prior coaching experience.
