- Led top 2 defense ITL.
- Turned his team around after 3-5 start and losing their QB in that stretch.
- Made a good OC hire this offseason.
- Won 12 games in one of the tougher divisions and toughest schedules in the NFL.
Not even saying he should win it but he should be one of the candidates imo.
