Do you think the Texans should keep Nick Caley as their OC?

The only position coach I think should 100% stay even if the Texans change OCs is Cole Popovich. The development in that room over this season from guys like Ingram & Ersery has been really fun to watch while there are just far less schematic mistakes from that unit as well. I would like to see what he can do with a better unit talent wise.

If the Texans were to move on from Nick Caley which seems possible with Demeco’s comments today these are some candidates I would assume would be involved: - Mike McDaniel - Brian Daboll - Joe Brady (If the Bills move on) - Josh Gizzard - Zac Robinson - Mike Kafka If they move on from Nick Caley you would have to think they would prioritize a OC who has experience calling plays.

Demeco Ryans when asked if he is confident in Nick Caley improving as OC next season: “You guys asking about contracts, coaches, players. I’m evaluating everything as we go throughout the week.”

Demeco Ryans on C.J. Stroud & his performance this season: “I felt throughout the season I thought he did a really nice job of coming in learning a new scheme, thought he picked it up well we got better as the season went along.” “What do you learn from it is my message to him”

C.J. Stroud totally crumbled in this postseason but I don’t think this season was all bad for him & he can grow off the regular season play. - He had 2 different stints (pre & post concussion) being top 13 in EPA/Play. - Before the concussion he was one of the best rushing QBs (10th in rushing yards while having his bye). - He cut down on his sack taking & TWPs in regular season. - 16/5 TD-INT ratio when kept clean this season with a 100+ rating.
