let him mentor howard 1 more year, qb class is weak this draft, have howard compete for qb1 after this season with a stronger qb draft class. load up on weapons and youth this year to set up success for the future

I like this .. Howard never took a snap in any pre season games .. this can only be a positive scenario. No need to throw Howard to the wolves .. let him develop … Aaron was nothing but class , 💯 opposite than what we thought we were going to get with his personality.. had the oline and wr’s at his house weekly for dinner and meetings. You could see the difference it was making with Steelers lineman. He mandated that they focus.. only positives it what I see ..

Hard to be a Steelers fan these days. We hire a 63 yr old over the hill coach just so we can retain a 43yr old over the hill qb instead of hiring one of these young up and coming coordinators and rebuild.
